Now I'm more of a 2:1 for Manhattans and a 1:1 for Martinis. I guess I quickly learned to love vermouth. I'm definitely a big fan of orange bitters and a lemon twist over a salty food garnish. I'm currently reading Lowell Edmund's "Martini: Straight Up" which I'm quite enjoying. You can find it used on Amazon or Half.com for about $4 shipped.
